Alta Vista Condominiums

Multifamily

The Vision

The growth in Greenville, SC, has been incredible, and Doerre Construction is proud to be part of the team that “Created a Grand Opening” for the city’s most exciting new residential condominium project, Alta Vista Place. Doerre partnered with Terry Birch of Renaissance Development to plan and construct the project, which has 12 luxury condos in a four-story, federal-style architectural building.

The Project

The Doerre team, along with the Studio Fusion Architecture and Interiors team, worked hard to design a vintage historic brownstone look that blends well with the adjacent (and established) Alta Vista neighborhood. Tall windows, recessed arches, and a cornice at the top of the building are part of the authentic Federal-style design that’s been recreated in a modern flavor.

The building has rusticated stone at the base and is constructed of concrete and steel to mitigate sound. Each residence offers a large outdoor terrace, dining room, den, walk-in closet, 10-foot ceilings, high-end appliances, hand-scraped hardwood floors, and coffered ceilings. Penthouse units have views of the Greenville skyline, private parking garages, and outdoor fireplaces.

The Grand Opening

Alta Vista Place is unmatched in its quality of construction and will preserve the distinctive architecture of this historic area. The residents are pleased and the project rekindled a neighborly feel at the historic corner of University Ridge and Cleveland streets near downtown Greenville, SC.
