Issues and problems arise in the construction process. It is part of the business. The Doerre team understands the critical need to address project problems early. Solutions are then developed and communicated allowing goals for safety, quality, cost and timing to be maintained.
During the construction phase, the Doerre team will continually review each project benchmark in order to ensure the project remains safe, on schedule and within budget. Regular team meetings maintain open lines of communication and keep everyone on the same page.
The Doerre team will advise of all project accomplishments, changes and challenges as part of the daily process. Project updates and meeting minutes will provide documentation on these and other important items. Another daily priority is jobsite safety and the Doerre Safety Program assures that OSHA requirements are maintained during the project duration.
