As the Chief Financial Officer for Doerre, Marsha is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, managing risk, financial planning, data analysis, and reporting. Marsha has been with Doerre since the company was founded in 2000 and has worked with Karl Doerre since 1994.
Marsha is a three-time member of the USA Water Ski Racing Team, a 1986 World Cup Champion, a 1988 World Champion, and a 2008 Inductee into the Water Ski Hall of Fame.
Originally from Lake Elsinore, CA, Marsha received her Certificate in Construction Management from UCR in Riverside, CA, and she is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association.
