Doerre Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of Brasserie Copain, the newest addition to The Bowl at Ballantyne. This 3,100-square-foot flagship French brasserie and bakery brings elevated Parisian-inspired dining to South Charlotte.
Our team managed the full tenant improvement from early planning through final closeout. By anticipating challenges early and maintaining clear, consistent communication, we delivered the project ready for daily operations (7 a.m. – 10 p.m.).
