Doerre Construction Delivers Chipotle in Concord Ahead of Schedule

Doerre Construction is proud to announce the successful early completion of a new Chipotle location in Concord, North Carolina.

Located at 4035 Concord Parkway South, this ground-up quick service restaurant was delivered ahead of schedule despite challenging winter conditions, including snow, rain, and fluctuating temperatures.

The project included the construction of a ±2,400 SF freestanding building designed for a modern quick-service dining experience, complete with a patio and digital pickup functionality to support evolving customer preferences.

From sitework through final finishes, the Doerre team remained focused on proactive planning, strong coordination, and maintaining momentum in less-than-ideal weather conditions. Through consistent communication and collaboration with project partners, the team was able to overcome obstacles and deliver a high-quality product on an accelerated timeline.
