The Vision
Grease Monkey sought to expand its North Carolina footprint with a new, high-visibility service center in the fast-growing Denver community. Their vision was to create an efficient, modern quick-service oil change facility that would deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while accommodating future growth in the region. The goal was to combine speed, convenience, and brand recognition in a building that could withstand heavy daily use and operate smoothly from day one.
The Project
Doerre Construction partnered with Grease Monkey to transform their Denver site into a high-performance automotive service facility. The project included full site development, utility coordination, and construction of a three-bay oil change and inspection building designed around Grease Monkey’s operational workflow and equipment layouts.
Our scope included structural concrete and steel work, specialized service pits, MEP coordination, and exterior finishes that reflect Grease Monkey’s modern brand identity. The site design focused on safe, intuitive traffic circulation, dedicated service lanes, ADA access, and clear exit/entry routes.
Throughout the build, Doerre collaborated with the client’s operations team and vendor partners to ensure equipment installation, signage, and service systems aligned seamlessly with the building. The result is a clean, durable, and operationally efficient facility ready to serve one of the region’s busiest commuter corridors.
