Sam’s Xpress Carwash and Fuel Center
The Vision
Sam’s Xpress acquired this site on HWY 521 in Indian Land, SC and partnered with Doerre Construction to build their newest carwash and fuel center. The site also included site work for a new quick serve restaurant.
The Project
Doerre demoed multiple existing structures on this 2+ acre site. Completed grading and all associated site work. This included the underground tanks as well as all associated piping. Also created a storm water detention pond. This facility has a car wash, vacuum canopy and fuel canopy with 6 fuel dispensers. Doerre also completed site work and retaining wall of half of the site for a future McDonalds restaurant
