The Vision
Sam’s Xpress acquired this site on HWY 16 in Waxhaw, NC and partnered with Doerre Construction to build their newest carwash and fuel center.
The Project
Doerre Construction worked through rock as well as moisture-sensitive soils on a difficult 2-acre site to bring the latest Sam’s Xpress Car Wash to life in Waxhaw, NC. Project scope included a 4,000 SF+ car wash building, reclaim tank system, Fuel Canopy, heavy-duty concrete paving, dumpster and vacuum enclosures and all site and landscaping work – as Doerre built and coordinated with Sam’s Xpress and their vendors to create a successful Grand Opening.
